You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, if the tree is unused and in its original packaging. Each request needs our approval, and refunds take 14 to 30 business days.

How many days do I have to return a tree?

14 days from delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Is a return guaranteed?

Every return or exchange request is subject to our review and approval.

When do I get my money back?

Once the return is approved and the tree is received, the refund is processed within 14 to 30 business days.

What about made-to-order trees?

They cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How do I request a return?

Write to info@aroria.shop or message us on Instagram with your order number or the tree's name.
