Within 14 days
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the tree is unused and in its original packaging.
Approval
Every return or exchange request is subject to our review and approval.
Refunds
Once approved and the tree is received, the refund is processed within 14 to 30 business days.
Made-to-order trees
These cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
