Aroria returns and exchanges: what are the rules?You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, if the tree is unused and in its original packaging. Each request needs our approval, and refunds take 14 to 30 business days.
How to read an Aroria price: VAT, planter and deliveryPrices are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT. Each tree's page says whether the planter is included, and we confirm delivery and installation costs before you confirm the order.
How to order an artificial tree from the Aroria websiteChoose your trees, add them to the cart, enter your name, number and address, and send the order. There is no payment on the site: we contact you to confirm the order, delivery and payment.
Your data at Aroria: what we collect and whyWhen you order we collect your name, number, emirate, address and note, to contact you and fulfil the order. We do not sell your data, and you can ask us to correct or delete it.
