Aroria delivery and installation: how it works in the UAEWe deliver and install across the UAE, and orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. For large trees we agree the date, and delivery outside the UAE is possible for a fee.
Aroria returns and exchanges: what are the rules?You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, if the tree is unused and in its original packaging. Each request needs our approval, and refunds take 14 to 30 business days.
